Sometimes things go wrong and mistakes are made. EDIT: This seller sent me only one item when I ordered two. The first was sent USPS so no brokers fees. He then had to send the item forgotten and he reported the value at $30 US even though the true value of the single item is half that. So I was charged GST and worse... he sent it Fedex so I also paid another $32 in brokers fees. I just received the invoice from Fedex yesterday.
